Designed to make saving, investing and managing your money simpler, clearer and more intuitive. Built from the ground up, the new experience brings everything together in one place, with an improved app and desktop platform that will replace your current version.

You’ll also be able to access a range of Investec savings products, with a fully digital, self-directed way to open and manage them.

This page will guide you through what’s changing, what’s staying the same, and how the move to the new experience will work.

How the transition will work

To make the move seamless and secure, the new Clarity experience will be introduced in phases.

Phase 1: Savings, reimagined

When the new experience launches, it will initially support savings only.

This allows us to:

  • Introduce the new design (and app) and navigation properly
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly
  • Give clients time to get comfortable in the new environment
  • If you already use Clarity today, you’ll continue using your current app as normal during this time.

Nothing changes overnight.

Phase 2: One complete Clarity

Once the new experience is fully live, it will become the single Clarity platform for saving, trading and investing.

At that point:

  • Your current app will be retired
  • Everything will live in one place
  • You’ll have one login, one experience, one Clarity
  • We’ll guide you clearly when this happens

To keep things simple and secure, you’ll use one Clarity experience at a time. Existing clients will be moved to move to the new experience when it officially launches.

If you’re already a Clarity client, you’ll be invited to move at launch. Until then, you’ll continue using your current app as normal.
