Clarity by Investec, a product of Investec Bank Limited (“the Promoter”).
The competition is open to:
1.1 South African residents aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Individuals who hold an existing verified Clarity by Investec account.
1.3 New verified Clarity by Investec account clients (who signed up from 00:00 on 12 May 2026 until 23:59 on 15 June 2026 may participate.
2. Exclusions
The following persons may not participate:
2.1 Employees of Investec Bank Limited, its subsidiaries, partners, agents, or contractors and any of their immediate family members.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any participant who does not meet the above criteria.
3.1 Eligible participants must complete the sign-up process and fund their verified Clarity by Investec account with a minimum amount of R1000.00 (one thousand Rand) during the competition period.
3.2 Each qualifying account will receive one automatic entry into the draw.
3.3 Multiple fundings into the verified Clarity by Investec client account does not result in multiple entries.
4.Competition Period
The competition will run from 00:01 on 12 May 2026 until 23:59 on 15 June 2026.
5.1 A total of 5 (five) winners will be selected and each will receive R1000.00 (one thousand Rand) worth of exposure via fully funded CFDs with exposure to the Satrix S&P 500 (STX500-JSE).
5.2 A R1 000.00 (one thousand Rand) fully funded CFD position in STX500-JSE will be opened on behalf of the winner within 30 (thirty) days of the competition ending.
6.1 A random draw will be conducted by Investec’s compliance-approved competition auditor on 16 June 2026
6.2 A total of 5 (five) inners will be selected at random from all eligible entries within the competition period.
6.3 Each of the 5 (five) winners will be contacted via email and/or telephone by no later than 20 June 2026.
6.4 Investec will not be held responsible if any incorrect or outdated contact details supplied by a winner.
7.1 The prize is exclusively for the selected prize winner, is not transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
7.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3 By entering this competition, participants consent to the use of their name and/or image for limited promotional purposes related to this competition.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition if required by circumstances beyond its control.
7.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information.
7.6 Neither Investec nor the Promoter will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or from acceptance or use of the prize, except to the extent that liability cannot be excluded by law.
7.7 Force majeure: Investec and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any delay, amendment, suspension, or cancellation of the competition caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to regulatory changes, system failures, or acts of God.
7.8 This competition is governed by the Consumer Protection Act (68 of 2008), South African competition law, and financial services regulation.
7.9 By participating in the competition, the participant expressly consents to the automatic opening of a fully funded CFD position as part of the competition and acknowledges that such position may increase or decrease in value immediately.
7.10 All participants and prize winners, hereby indemnify Investec, the Promoter and its agents, against any and all claims for any injury, loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this competition.
8. Data Protection
8.1 All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and Investec’s Privacy Policy.
8.2 Information obtained from participants will be used solely for the administration of this competition and where prior consent has been provided, for marketing purposes.
8.3 Participants retain the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or to object to the processing of their personal information at any time, provided the applicable information request procedures are followed.
9.1 Investec and the Promoter shall not be held liable for any delays, amendments, or cancellations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including regulatory or system-related changes.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, neither Investec nor the Promoter will be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.
10.1 Any and all disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of South Africa
10.2 The decision of Investec (audited by compliance and or legal) shall be final and binding.
